Welcome to Community Love Yoga Studio!

We offer a variety of wellness services for the community, including meditation, gentle stretch, sound healing, tapping, mindfulness workshops, therapeutic touch, sound baths (singing bowls and other soft, soothing sounds), yoga nidra (guided relaxation), lymphatic drainage, fascia release, somatic release, and somatic exercises.

You may come across the terms “somatic release” and “somatic exercises” in our schedule or during a session. While both practices enhance bodily awareness and address physical tension, they do so in different ways.

✨ Somatic release focuses on letting go of chronic muscle tension and emotional stress stored in the body. This practice often involves guided breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and gentle hands-on approaches to encourage deep relaxation and the release of held tension.

🌀 Somatic exercises are movement-based practices designed to improve posture, increase body awareness, and retrain the nervous system for more efficient movement. These exercises typically involve slow, controlled movements that help correct dysfunctional patterns and enhance overall mobility.

While somatic release is centered on relieving tension and stress, somatic exercises focus on improving movement and functional body mechanics.
